Transaction Tracking Outside the DeviceLike the convenience of SupplyPro tracking your materials but still have several items too large to put in a device? No problem with the SupplyPro Virtual Inventory Module (VIM). VIM allows clients with SupplyLinks to track transactions for products not physically within a SupplyPro device. With proper user participation, items are easily tracked with full SupplyPort reporting capabilities and business rules.

How it Works:
- Materials are "loaded"into the VIM location for selection by users
- User logs into SupplyLink and chooses an item
- SupplyLink screen then shows users where the item is stored (rack, bin, shelf, closet, etc.)
- Transaction is recorded in SupplyPort
- All transactions are available in reports from SupplyPort
- All standard ordering rules and inventory alerts can apply to items loaded in VIM
